RACHEL IN ROCKLANDS
I recently returned from one of the best and worst trips I've ever had. I was lucky enough to spend the whole of July in Rocklands, South Africa, an experience I will never forget and a venue I will be returning to as often as possible.
"I like bouldering because it’s short. You can try really hard for a short amount of time and it finally pays off because you’ve managed to do a move or hold a hold. I just like the actual movements, rather that placing gear. If I wasn’t so scared I would go and solo, but I’m a total wimp!"
RACHEL CARR - FALLING IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN
Fresh new problems are up on the bouldering wall.
You stretch a little, but not for long because you’re too excited to try out the new blocs, so you jump on. You tick all of the easy ones to warm up and finally get to the hard ones that you can’t wait to work.
BEHIND PLANET LOVE
"Love Climbing. Love the planet."
Climbing brings us joy, whether it is indoor or outdoors.
A sport distinctly in tune with mother nature herself.
